About
Hello, I'm Anda
I was born and raised in Indonesia and now call Warsaw, Poland, home. Over the years, life has taken me on a journey across different countries, cultures, and continents. I've lived in Jakarta, Bali, Brussels, Wellington, Auckland, and now Warsaw. While each place has shaped me in its own unique way, yoga has been the constant thread connecting these chapters of my life.
Yoga entered my life in my late twenties, at a time when I was looking for more than physical exercise. What I found was a practice that continues to support me through both the joys and challenges of everyday life. Through moves across the world, adapting to new cultures, building a family, and navigating life's transitions, yoga has helped me stay grounded, connected, and present.
Alongside my yoga practice, meditation has become an important part of my daily life. Together, these practices have taught me the value of slowing down, listening inward, and meeting myself with greater awareness, patience, and compassion.
As a mother of two, I understand how easy it is to put ourselves last while caring for others. My own practice reminds me that taking time to nurture ourselves is not a luxury—it is essential. Even a few mindful breaths or moments of movement can make a meaningful difference in how we show up for ourselves and those around us.
After completing my yoga teacher training with the wonderful teachers Jude Hynes and Peter Nilsson in New Zealand, I felt inspired to share this practice with others. My teaching is influenced by Ashtanga Yoga, mindful movement, meditation, and breath awareness.
I believe yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose. Instead, I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body and mind.”
